2010 Missouri Bead Retreat Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in joining us for the 5th Annual Missouri Bead Retreat! What could be better than friends, food, beverages and GLASS? Upon registering, be sure to keep tabs on the bead retreat website at www.mobeadretreat.com, where we'll have sign ups for classes, details on activities and other fun stuff!

Registration Fees
Registration fees will vary based on how early you submit your payment and registration form. Fees include lodging and oxygen costs for 4 days / 3 nights at the Alhonna resort for 1 person.
Early Registration: $90.00 due no later than Monday, February 1st, 2010
Standard Registration: $100.00 due no later than Friday, April 16th, 2010
Late Registration: $110.00 due by Monday, May 17th, 2010
Individuals who wish to stay in their own accommodations must pay a retreat fee of $10.00 per person, which includes oxygen costs. These payments are due no later than Monday, May 17th, 2010.

Accommodations
Retreat attendees have the option of staying in the bead retreat condo block or making their own accommodations. The condo block consists of four 4-bedroom condos, that each sleep 10 people. Condos are air conditioned with full functioning kitchens. If you choose to make your own reservations with the resort, please do so quickly as spaces fill up quickly.
